Dr. Peets’ Teaching Tip of the Week
Many of our children have suffered a tragic loss this past week. Tina Palizay was a beloved kindergarten teacher to our students and a treasured colleague to those who knew her. She was a wonderful mentor to my own daughter.
We will have students in the coming weeks who will be highly impacted by the loss of one of their beloved teachers. Please approach our students with kindness and understanding in the weeks ahead.

Just a reminder it is ok/essential to slow down and feel all of the feelings when so much is going on. Sometimes all we need is to simply be there for each other to listen, lift each other up, to share stories, to process, and to continue to move forward.
