SEL/Teaching Tips of the Week
SEL TIP #25 - Last weekend, I attended the Innovative Schools Summit, which was dynamic. During our three days of keynotes and breakout sessions, each and every presenter opened with and used music throughout. It was engaging and fun, and it most definitely kept our interest. One presenter even took ten songs from the audience and immediately turned the titles into spoken word on the spot, which was incredible! Here is a simple exercise for you OR to create with your class/classes. Brainstorm and build a playlist to build yourself up for the day and/or a day of learning!
