SEL Tip #12 - As we start the month of December, and before we know it, we will be in January!  Here is a quick reminder/visual from Mrs. DeRoo about energy takers and energy givers.  Here is the question - how do you intentionally add “energy givers” to your day, and how do you limit “energy takers?”  This would be a great conversation with students about healthy habits for all ages!
